Spring Term 1

Welcome back!  We hope you all had a fantastic Christmas holiday.  What a busy term it was last term.  We were so proud of the squirrels' nativity performance and hope they really enjoyed the pantomime, Christmas lunch and "Buy a Gift" events.

This term we will be continuing with our phonics journey, focusing on "special friends" two letters making one sound and working towards sentence reading and writing.  

We will be looking more deeply into numbers 6-10 and experimenting with mass and capacity.

At Forest School we will be trying to keep warm, map making, cooking and continuing to master the tools and techniques needed to make our forest crafts.
